Modular Cam System for Flexible Knitting

The machine uses specially designed cam combinations (2×2 / 2×4) that can be easily interchanged, allowing quick switching between knitting modes like rib, tuck, and jacquard.

With over ten years of technical refinement, every part is precision-engineered for stable, durable, and long-term performance, ensuring consistent fabric quality from the first meter to the ten-thousandth.

The closed-track system includes expanded needle butts and knit, tuck, and miss cams. It supports both two-track and four-track operations for double jersey fabrics. Yarn carriers can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and laterally, and can tilt up to 90° for convenience.

By changing needle and cam arrangements, the machine can produce twill, air-layer, sandwich fabrics, pique ribs, and small jacquard designs. With a spandex attachment, it also creates elastic and high-end fashion fabrics for men and women.
